Be of good courage and He shall strengthen your heart, all you who hope in the Lord. - Psalm 31:24
The COOL Ministry crochets blankets and buntings for those little ones that God calls home at birth. There are no required meetings to be part of this ministry, but there are occasional gatherings for fellowship and crocheting together. Come join our group and be a blessingto a mother who needs encouragement.
The second purpose for our handiwork is to make chemo caps for those cancer patients experiencing hair loss. We have a wide variety of patterns that can be made which are warm and fashionable for any size needed.

e-Bible is a year long journey through the entire Bible. Your journey begins on January 1 with your first email that includes the daily reading assignment, a devotional that is a reflection from the day's reading and a prayer. You will be
encouraged to share with all on the email list any thoughts or revelations from
your own personal journey in God's Word. A few gatherings throughout the year to
get to know one another will be optional. If this sounds like the perfect study
for your busy life or you just want more information contact Leigh at

TBD: Creation Museum
Several singles have expressed an interest in visiting the Creation Museum in Cincinnati this year. However, we need a contact person, someone who would share their email or phone information, then work with Dan and Peggy to set up the arrangements and send emails. Contact Dan Smith or Peggy Emard if you can be the contact person for this event. It's an easy thing to do!
Please contact Dan Smith or Peggy Emard if you have any questions or comments about these events - and have a blessed day!
Active Adults
Looking for some fun this year? Relax and refresh with the Active Adults group of
Mount Pleasant Christian Church!
We are a “40’s plus” group that gets together with
other couples once a month.
Some of the things we have done in the past have been duckpin bowling, visiting Southeast Christian Church and having dinner on the river,
pitch-ins, movies, putt-putt, dinner train trip, Creation Museum, and picking
strawberries at Huber's Farm.
When its local we just drive and meet, and when its
further away we take the church bus.
If you are interested, please contact Lodema Lines at 523-7916 or lodemalines@yahoo.com.
