IMPACT Center - Ministry of Mount Pleasant Christian Church
The IMPACT Center is a ministry of Mount Pleasant Christian Church and is an outreach ministry to the people of Central Indiana. What began as a small food pantry, has grown into a large food bank (Living Bread Food Pantry), and a clothing ministry (In His Name Clothing Ministry).
The IMPACT Center assists 260 families a month by providing food, clothing, and physical needs, while keeping the love of Jesus in the center of it all. Their mission is to provide for those in need, while pointing them to the life-saving truth of the gospel.
Care Net Pregnancy Center of Johnson County
Care Net ministers to women and couples who are faced with difficult pregnancy decisions. They offer counseling, emotional and financial support, and encouragement to those parents seeking help. They encourage and empower women to choose life for their unborn children and abundant life for their families. Care Net offers compassion, hope, and help to anyone considering abortion by presenting them with realistic alternatives and Christ-centered support.
Habitat for Humanity – Johnson County
Habitat for Humanity is a Christian organization that believes that everyone, everywhere should have a healthy, affordable place to call home. More than just building homes, Habitat strives to build communities, build hope, build the opportunity for families to help themselves, and to show the love of Jesus through it all.
Mission Indy equips Christians to serve others within the greater Indianapolis area. They seek to provide opportunities for church groups to learn and practice new skills and methods of sharing life together in the context of the Kingdom of God. They encourage people to be faithful in the area that God has called them to be, and to serve where God has planted them.
Shepherd Community Center
Shepherd Community Center works with neighborhood youth and their families to break the cycle of poverty on the near Eastside of Indianapolis. This organization engages and empowers the community to cultivate healthy children, strong families, and vibrant neighborhoods through a Christ-centered approach that meets the spiritual, physical, emotional, and academic needs of our neighbors.
Stripped Free is a facet of Tabor Ministries. It is a ministry to women who dance in strip clubs in the city of Indianapolis. The Stripped Free team works to develop relationships with the dancers in order to show them they are loved and they matter to God. They share the message that, as followers of Christ, we have all been rescued, redeemed and restored by Him and they know He desires the same for the dancers in these clubs. Stripped Free Ministries strives to share God’s love and message, while investing in the lives of these women and their families.
Life Centers of Indianapolis
Life Centers is dedicated to affirming the value of life by providing compassionate care to women facing unplanned pregnancies in Central Indiana. Committed staff and volunteers at their eight pregnancy centers provide free, confidential services including pregnancy tests, ultrasound exams, one-on-one counseling, and post-abortive support. They also meet the material needs of expectant mothers by providing maternity and baby clothing, diapers, bottles and other baby items.
Christ Youth Bible Club
Christ Youth Bible Club has before-school bible studies which include curriculum, activities, a bible lesson, and small group time. The mission of CYBC is to glorify God while equipping each child with a foundational knowledge of the Word of God, developing leadership skills, and building Christian relationships within the community that will enable students to live out their values among their peer groups and lead others by example. Their vision is to partner with families and churches to raise up the next generation to know God’s Word and live it out.
A week at Camp Allendale is a favorite for many students at Mount Pleasant. Allendale Christian Camp and Retreat Center has a purpose of reaching others for Christ. With over 2,700 campers each summer, they offer many exciting activities including: Low Ropes course, Climbing Tower, Pool with waterslides, 8 person Zip Line, known as the “Leap of Faith,” and many other great activities for groups of all sizes to enjoy! Camp Allendale strives to provide an amazing experience for children while continually pointing them to the word of God. Their mission is to grow hearts for God!
REST Ministries exists to encourage and equip adults to take their next step with God. REST is an acronym for Restore, Encourage, Shepherd, and Train. REST Ministries has a beautiful retreat center in Martinsville (Shepherd’s Gate Inn) which provides a quiet place for people to spend time with the Lord, feel renewed and refreshed in their faith, and feel encouraged as they seek intimacy with the Lord.
Mission Connect Inc. is a non-profit organization designed to facilitate the formation of a disaster relief network across the USA. This network consists of both mission teams that are ready to serve in those disaster areas, and those willing to support those mission groups. The support teams help to provide the deployed mission teams with lodging, meals, information, and other necessities.
North American Christian Convention
The North American Christian Convention exists to provide ideas, inspiration, and identity to Restoration Movement Churches, ministries, and their leaders. They bring together church members and leaders from diverse generations and ethnic backgrounds to encourage, equip, and empower them for greater impact in the Kingdom of God. NACC places an emphasis on impacting the world for Christ, embracing the priority of preaching the Gospel and the high calling of ministry, and upholding the ideals, principles, and heritage of the Restoration Movement.
