    Donation Information

    Donation Hours:

    Monday and Tuesday: 9am–12pm

    Wednesdays: 6–8pm

    First and third Saturday of each month: 9–11am

    *Do not leave donations outside of the building*

    *Please be mindful of the weight. Large yard and trash bags filled to capacity are too heavy to lift and move safely.*

    What Clothing and Household Donations are Accepted?

    What we accept:

    • Gently used or new in season clothing for all genders/ages

    • Books

    • CD’s and DVD’s

    • Housewares – small appliances, pots/pans, bake ware, dishes, glasses, silverware

    • Linens/Towels – bathroom, bedroom and kitchen

    • Plastic grocery bags

    • Toys, board games and puzzles

    What we do not accept:

    • Chemicals of any kind

    • Household cleaners

    • Computer equipment of any kind

    • Furniture

    • Mattresses

    • Medical Supplies

    • Medicines/Vitamins

    • TV's

    • Christmas trees

    Food Donations

    Food collection containers for non-perishable foods are located inside the church and in the CLC lobby.

    Donation Pick Up Teams

    Pick up weekly on rotating schedule using IMPACT Center vehicles. Deliver product to IMPACT Center and put away properly based on product. CDL is not required.

    • Monday - 11:30am – 1:30pm
    • Tuesday – 1-3:30pm   
    • Tuesday – 5-7:30pm
    • Wednesday – 11:30am – 1:30pm
    • Thursday – 8:30 – 10:30am
    Warehouse and Clothing Prep Team

    Accept, inventory, sort and stock clothing donations. Organize, stock and prepare client shopping area.

    • Monday - 8:30am-12noon                        
    • Tuesday - 8:30am-12noon
    • Wednesday - 5:30-8pm
    Pantry Prep Team

    Accept, inventory, sort and stock food donations. Organize, stock and prepare client shopping area.

    • Wednesday - 5:30-8pm
    Client Service Teams

    All teams listed below are needed on both Thursday and Saturday at each of the following client service times:

    • Thursday: 8:30am-11:30pm; 11:30am-2:30pm; 5:30-8:45pm
    • 1st and 3rd Saturday: 8:30am-11:30pm
    Administrative Team

    Level 1 – Client Check-in. Check clients in shopping area by monitoring card scanning and insuring each client receives a receipt.

    Level 2 – Administrative Desk.  Process and review all client information forms working with Shelby Systems software. Data entry and multi-tasking in fast paced environment. Requires consistent and frequent availability. Software training required and provided.

    Client Interview Team

    Interview new clients and assist them in completing required information forms and providing required documentation.

    Devotion Team

    Provide a 7-10 minute devotion to clients and lead prayer in a group setting. Rotating schedule based on availability.

    Gathering Room Team

    Greeters, New Client Ambassadors and Social Butterflies. Work throughout the Gathering Room greeting, mingling and assisting with client needs.
