Tabata Boot Camp Registration

Tabata is a 45-minute class that uses High Intensity Interval Training to spike the heart rate and fatigue the body by using multi muscle group movements for an effective total body workout. Classes are 5am-6am three times a week. For more details, drop by the Community Life Center or email Penny at Classes start April 8!
