Transitions Lifestyle System is a simple yet intentional approach to wellness and weight management, This 10 week class features a focused approach to nutrition taught by Michele Fleming; a registered dietitian and weight loss management coach with over 30 years of experience.

Come to one of our overview & informational meetings to learn more and to register:

January 14 at 11am.

Classes start on January 20 at 7pm or January 21 at 11am.
