We’ve revamped our bootcamp and registration is now open! Boot Camp Revamped; Back to Basics is suitable for beginner, intermediate or advanced levels. This 6-week class is offered at 5am three times a week and will focus on total body cardio and strength exercises using functional movements. We will have a new focus on accountability with attendance, relationship building and a challenge to grow your nutritional knowledge and become more physically and Spiritually fit. Classes start January 7-for details and to register drop by the Community Life Center front desk!
