New Cardio Surge Class!
This 45 minute workout is formatted around rowing challenges and teamwork. You will step up your cardio vascular fitness and get a full body strength workout all while keeping it low impact. You will be challenged by working as a team throughout the four week session. The class will be 4 blocks consisting of 2 rounds of leg, core and arm workouts and 2 rounds of cardio for each block. Maximum class participants is 48. Class time is 5am to 6am on Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Fee is $45, register January 7- February 15. Class starts February 18-March 15.
