Life gets hard sometimes, and we as a church want to be an encouragement and a support system when those trials occur. Our Congregational Care Ministry offers a variety of services to our congregation in those challenging seasons. Perhaps it is visiting someone that is hospitalized, making an in-home visit, connecting through a phone call or simply sending a note of encouragement.

We have a group of compassionate and caring individuals ready to minister to you in your moment of need. If you are someone, or if you know of someone that could benefit from an extra measure of care, please do not hesitate to contact us. We truly welcome the opportunity to get to know you and learn how we may best serve you in your moment of need.

If you would like someone from Congregational Care to contact you, please submit a request here.

Financial Assistance
If you are in need of financial assistance, please register to become a member of our IMPACT Center, a food pantry and clothing/household goods ministry.

Registration times each week are as follows:
Thursdays: 9:15-9:40am, 12:15-12:40pm or 6:15-6:40pm
Saturdays 9:15-9:40am

Please bring a photo ID and two pieces of mail with your current address. Each of our services consists of a meal, a short worship service, and the opportunity to shop for food once a week and/or clothing and household items once a month. Once registered, you will have the opportunity to then apply for financial assistance. We would love to have you as part of our IMPACT Center community!
